Please advise on valve seat material

Valve data sheet: The valve seat material is: 304+RPTFE? Could you please tell me, is this valve seat a hard seal or a soft seal? What material is it specifically? What does the RPTFE behind the hard seal mean? If it is a soft seal, what does 304 mean?
It is a soft seal. The material is 304 stainless steel, and the sealing surface is RPTFE reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene. In the data sheet, it is abbreviated to: 304+RPTFE

I still don’t quite understand, are you referring to the RPTFE material containing 304? The seats of ball valves are all separate, right?
There is a groove on the valve seat for placing the sealing gasket. In some places, the material of the valve seat will be directly marked RPTFE. The gasket can be regarded as part of the valve seat.

It is a soft seal. It is to inlaid a ring of RPTFE on the 304 valve seat. Normally, the RPTFE and the valve ball work closely together to form a seal. When the RPTFE is burned in a fire situation, the metal valve seat will also be pushed against the valve ball to achieve sealing requirements.
My understanding is that it should be a PTFE gasket modified with S-PTFE gasket 50% stainless steel powder + PTFE gasket
