I’ve only been in this field for a short time, so there are many things I don’t understand. Do any of you experts have any books or standards recommended for learning this, as a quick way to get started?
I only know a little bit at the moment, which isn’t enough for actual work.
All of this was achieved over time; it’s impossible to do it in an instant. In the future, focus on making gradual progress within projects – a couple of years should be enough

If you want to learn* at the company, read more books, practice using drawing software, join some technical groups to learn from experienced members there, and ask the seniors in the company for advice on how to learn*. If you want to change careers, enroll in a specialized training course or take online courses; there are many resources available online, it’s up to you to figure out how to make use of them
The best way is to find a mentor who can guide you through the project directly; you can assist them throughout the process, and learn whatever is involved in that project.
