Problem of stuck boiler safety valves

We use 2T steam boilers with a set pressure of 0.7 MPa; in practice, the actual pressure is around 0.5 to 0.6 MPa. The safety valves we use are of the Tianzheng A48Y-16Q type, and they start sticking together after about one to two months. We manually test their function every two weeks. I hope experts can help analyze this issue and suggest whether there are any other material or model options that could be used instead
Does the medium contain tar? I have encountered such situations in the coking industry
The medium is steam; how can there be sticking? Is it adhesion of the sealing surfaces?
