Explain the working principle of the Robo-Drain hydrophobic valve

Today I saw a Siemens GC-type centrifugal air compressor equipped with a Robo-Drain drain valve, as shown in the image below. I’m wondering about its working principle~ I didn’t see any control wires or solenoids, but there is an instrument air interface~
I searched online but couldn’t find any good explanatory materials; all I could figure out is that it is a fully pneumatic automatic control circuit. It is likely a fairly sophisticated device that uses density differences to drive the movement of the drainage linkage.
Yes, the electrical systems and instruments haven’t been connected either; I don’t know how to use the instrument air~
