Leakage from the bottom valve of the reactor

The expansion valve used in the workshop’s reaction vessels has started leaking from the thread of the valve stem recently. How should it be repaired? Tightening the screws on both sides of the valve stem didn’t help. Also, which side should the orifice plate at the bottom of the valve face up to?
See if it’s an upper display or a lower display?
It seems there’s a problem with the sealing gasket.
It might be a problem with the packing seal at the valve stem; just remove it and replace it! For other issues, I’m not aware of anything based on your description
Internal leakage in top and bottom valves is sometimes impossible to fix; external leakage is usually due to a packing issue
