Regarding pipeline support issues

There is a pipeline whose design temperature is 300°C. Currently, we are considering using welded T-type supports, with these supports placed directly on the steel structure. Is this design feasible? The client insists on using insulation pipe supports. Experts, how is this issue generally taken into consideration during the design process? The customer believes that heat from the welding brackets will be conducted to the steel structure, creating a safety hazard.
Pipe supports are used frequently in high-temperature or low-temperature pipelines!
Firstly, pipes at this temperature need to be insulated, and the insulation material must meet certain thickness requirements. Without the support of pipes and pipe racks, large areas adjacent to the supported parts of the pipe racks will remain without insulation treatment.
