1. How is the flow rate of a control valve typically calculated? At present, it is only estimated using the formula: π * R2 * 3600 seconds * estimated flow velocity. However, I am not familiar with this method and am not sure whether it is correct; if not, what impact will it have on the control valve?； 2. Must fine chemical flanges use at least PN16? Some people say that this standard is required for acceptance. It seems to me that the dimensions of DN50 and 80 flanges are the same, aside from the thickness.
