Is a pressure test required for the explosion vent?

The enclosed silo is equipped with a DN500 explosion vent pipe, with an explosion relief pressure of 0.5 Mpa; this pipe leads outside through a 25-meter-long straight section. May I ask whether a pressure test is required after the welding of this pipe section is completed? Are there any relevant standards for reference?
GB/T 20801.5-2020 P9: 9.1.1.1 d) Pipelines that discharge into the atmosphere, such as vent pipes or drain pipes located after the final isolation valve, do not require pressure testing, unless otherwise specified in the design.
