The reliable operation of control valves is crucial for the safety and stability of the entire system. Given the flammability and explosiveness of hydrogen mixture systems, as well as the complexity of their operating conditions, Zhejiang Oufi uses electric or pneumatic drive devices to achieve programmed, automatic, and remote control of valves. These devices adjust the opening degree of the valves based on the control signals from the automation system, thereby enabling regulation of the flow rate, pressure, temperature, and level of the fluid. In addition, strict control is exercised at various stages such as the design phase, manufacturing process, and inspection stage, with fully digital production and quality management systems in place to ensure the reliability and consistent quality of these high-pressure ball valves and high-temperature globe valves. With the collaborative efforts of all departments within the company, the valve passed all functional tests and was successfully delivered to the client. The successful mass delivery of adjustable valves for hydrogen plants represents another significant achievement by Zhejiang Oufi in terms of its performance in demanding operating conditions.
