Dear experts: Has anyone carried out a leakage test on hydrogen pipelines at 24 MPa? What equipment is used to generate such high pressures?
Hydrogen pipelines cannot be accepted based solely on leak tests; non-destructive testing must also be conducted!
With such high pressure, 100% flaw detection is definitely required; generally, leak tests are carried out after pressure testing and purging
Such high pressure poses risks; a dedicated air compressor is required
Reciprocating pressure testing pump: a wind compressor used in oil fields, which is essentially a portable reciprocating compressor capable of generating very high air pressure.
