The extra-large diameter DN2000 eccentric hemispherical valve (pressure class PN10), independently designed and manufactured by Quanxing Valve Group, was officially completed and shipped to the customer’s site on June 8th. This valve is made of QT450 ductile iron, which offers both high strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation under a pressure of 10 kilograms; it is particularly suitable for complex media such as sewage and sludge containing particles. DN2000 (2-meter diameter) valves will be delivered for use in a large-scale water conservancy project. These valves are widely used in the main pipelines of municipal water supply systems, the circulation systems of thermal power plants, and the pipeline designs in chemical industrial parks, addressing the flow limitations associated with traditional valves under conditions of extremely high flow rates. Equipped with high-precision electric actuators, it supports remote control and integration with automation systems, enabling precise opening/closing of the valve and flow regulation, thereby significantly reducing the risks associated with manual operation.
