Regarding the factory building issue!

This is a project with a capacity of 100,000 tons; currently, 5 electrolyzers are located at the front, and there is a transformer with a capacity of 110,000 tons behind them. The control room is in the middle, with all the copper bars running beneath it. The control room is within 20 meters of both the electrolyzers and the transformers. Moreover, there are no iron plates or steel sheets in the walls of the control room; they are just ordinary brick walls. Is the radiation level high in this case? I’m not sure if there are any relevant standards or materials available to consult
The safety distance does not meet the requirements; is there a design institute for this project?
When I asked the manager, they were vague and only said it met the requirements. It’s a relocation project; the previous factory buildings had steel plates in the partition walls, but not anymore
What is designed by the design institute will definitely meet the requirements.
