On April 16–17, at the 29th (2026) Chlor-Alkali Industry Development Conference held in Kunming, over 300 industry experts, corporate leaders, and representatives from research institutions gathered to explore new paths for the high-quality development of the chlor-alkali industry in the context of a complex global economy. The integrated solution for the entire process of storage, unstacking, and loading presented by Lingzhi Technology, along with its successfully implemented projects in several leading chlor-alkali companies, became highlights that attracted much attention at the event. During the conference presentation session, Manager Zhou Jieli from Lingzhi Technology’s sales department delivered a keynote speech titled \"Applications of 3D Vision Intelligent Loading Systems in the Chlor-alkali Industry\". She pointed out that the chlor-alkali industry has long faced common challenges such as a variety of specifications for bagged products, complex loading conditions, high reliance on manual labor, and concentrated safety risks. The 3D vision intelligent loading system independently developed by Lingzhi Technology is precisely the “digital key” that addresses these pain points. Lingzhi Technology’s 3D vision intelligent loading system utilizes four coordinated telescopic robotic arms to form a clustered dynamic loading system, with each robotic arm having independent control over its own loading area. Leveraging its proprietary honeycomb stacking algorithm, the system enables a more stable stacking structure and optimal density; as a result, the space utilization rate of the cargo compartment and the stability of the stack are improved by up to 60% compared to manual loading. At the same time, this system can identify in real time the compartment dimensions and internal obstacles of different vehicle types such as high-bar vehicles, flatbed vehicles, and strapping vehicles, and automatically plan the optimal loading path. By replacing heavy manual handling and frequent forklift interactions, the system significantly reduces on-site safety hazards and labor costs. The improved loading efficiency resulting from precise stacking reduces the number of transportation trips, thereby indirectly cutting carbon emissions in the logistics process. Zhou Jieli also presented data based on the actual operational performance of Lingzhi Technology in several leading companies in the chlor-alkali industry, such as Binhua Group and Hubei Yihua. She noted that after the system was put into use, loading efficiency increased by more than 40% on average, the number of workers needed on site was reduced by 90%, and the rate of damage during loading dropped to below 0.1%. This series of robust indicators has also earned high recognition in the chlor-alkali industry. Zhou Jieli explained that what Lingzhi Technology demonstrated on site was not just a single device, but rather a systematic set of capabilities tailored for the entire lifecycle of storage and logistics in the chlor-alkali industry: the Yuntuo Intelligent Storage and Transportation System, which enhances storage efficiency by increasing the storage capacity rate, while also offering comprehensive visualization and precise control. AGV/RGV intelligent handling and transportation systems bridge the ‘last mile’ from the production stage to the delivery stage. High-speed 3D vision intelligent unstacking robot, capable of handling various stack configurations and packaging materials with flexibility. Intelligent loading robots act as the final touch, enabling the manufacturing process to be intelligent and efficient. This all-scenario integrated solution enables Lingzhi Technology to stand out among numerous equipment suppliers with a unique set of advantages; it not only delivers equipment but also strives to help chlor-alkali companies establish intelligent warehousing and logistics systems that are both flexible and resilient.
