In the chlor-alkali industry, processes such as the production of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, PVC raw materials, and salt chemicals all require refined brine in order to meet the requirements regarding ion content in subsequent uses of this brine. Silicon carbide ceramic membranes are used for clarification processes such as turbidity removal, calcium removal, and nitrogen removal during the purification of brine, in order to meet the requirements for high-quality table salt and refined salt. Advantages: 1. High-quality brine ； 2. No flocculants need to be added, resulting in no pollution ； 3. High strength, easy to clean, long service life ； 4. High separation precision and short process flow ； 5. It occupies a small area, and its construction and maintenance cycle is short.
