Problems with sodium carbonate decahydrate

Our factory uses sodium carbonate decahydrate to produce sodium sulfite. Currently, the market for sodium carbonate decahydrate is poor, making it difficult to obtain it. I was wondering if anyone here has it in stock. Also, some people are using waste alkali, or what’s called recycled alkali. What exactly is that? Where is it sold? ?
Anhydrous sodium carbonate can be used as well; adding the appropriate amount of water should be fine.
Waste alkali, also known as recycled alkali, is sodium carbonate decahydrate; it is a by-product in the alumina industry, and some manufacturers sell it at very low prices.
In facilities with chlor-alkali plants, waste lye produced from caustic soda can be used for production. We use it here for production.
