In terms of process optimization, by adjusting the operating voltage and current for electrocatalysis, the residual chlorine level in the effluent was reduced to 20–30 ppm, which significantly decreased the amount of reagent required and saved 100,000 yuan in costs ； By continuously optimizing process operations and strengthening refined control, the service life of VCM conversion catalysts is significantly extended, achieving a win-win outcome of increased production and reduced costs. In terms of equipment maintenance, for the 22 faulty transmitters, a repair approach involving sending them out for replacement of the diaphragm boxes was adopted instead of purchasing new units, saving 300,000 yuan in costs. In terms of management innovation, by making use of existing standard gases and calibration equipment, the company carried out the calibration of 474 combustible and toxic gas detectors in its production areas on its own, which resulted in cost savings of 212,400 yuan in third-party service costs alone in March. In terms of making the best use of existing resources, efforts were made to promote the independent repair of equipment maintenance parts, resulting in cost savings of 99,700 yuan.
