Trial operation of Henan Jinhai’s 300,000-ton caustic soda production capacity

The 300,000-ton caustic soda production facility in Henan Jinhai has begun trial operations. The billion-yuan-scale fluorosilicon new materials project in Luohe, Henan, is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Wuyang County, Luohe City; the total area covered by this project is approximately 3,000 mu, with a total investment of 30 billion yuan. On July 11, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for Jinhai New Materials’ fluorosilicon materials project worth hundreds of millions was held. The project is constructed in two phases; the first phase requires an investment of 15.8 billion yuan and includes a production capacity of 300,000 tons of caustic soda, along with facilities for the production of chloromethanes.
