The section of the chlorine pipeline that runs from the liquefaction point to the liquid chlorine storage tank needs to be insulated. I would like to ask: what materials are used for insulation in the chlor-alkali industry? Is it online insulation? It’s still kept warm after parking. Are there any specialized products for similar insulation purposes? Are there any specific regulations for the chlor-alkali industry?
If liquefaction occurs at low temperatures, it is best to use polyurethane foam for insulation, in order to maintain heat retention after the system is shut down

For liquid chlorine insulation, polyurethane can be used; it has a low thermal conductivity, but it is flammable. A section of pipe, no need to stop the machine for cooling.
