Recently, the online pH monitoring project for ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers at Tianneng Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and put into operation. This project installed online pH detectors for 10 ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers. The newly installed online monitoring instruments are capable of conducting real-time, accurate measurements of the pH value for each electrolyzer, as well as transmitting the data, thereby providing operators with more timely and precise information regarding production parameters. Online pH monitoring not only optimizes process control but also extends the service life of the core components in production facilities by stabilizing the pH level, thereby enabling an intelligent upgrade from preventive maintenance to predictive management. After the project was put into operation, it not only reduced production costs but also ensured the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the production facilities.
