In Dingyuan, Anhui, only salt production takes place; there is no water cut-off at present, and there is a soda ash production facility there； Chlor-alkali projects still exist.
Anhui Quansheng: The project has not yet been launched.
This project is a soda ash production facility with an annual output of 1 million tons, funded by Anhui Quansheng Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group. It will also produce 1 million tons of ammonium chloride and 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia as by-products. It seems that the bidding for Phase 1 of the project has already started

Quansheng did complete its bidding process around June this year; now the equipment has been delivered and installed, but it will still take a long time before phase two is completed. There are still several chemical projects that need to be launched in Dingyuan.
