Composition of the hot caustic solution in a soda ash plant

Dear colleagues, I have a question: What are the exact components of the hot caustic soda solution produced by my company’s soda ash plant using the ammonia-soda process? Contains ammonia? How low can the ammonia content be reduced to? There is ammonia, and it is unbearable for workers when they use it.
Once again, I’d like to ask for your advice regarding the alkali solution issue.
Hot alkaline solution, as the name implies, is a sodium carbonate solution at high temperature; our company typically uses it at around 70°C. The mother liquor obtained through liquid-phase water treatment is supersaturated, with a saturation level of around 120 tt; it contains ammonia. This liquid is formed by carrying out cyclone separation on the flue gas from the calcination furnace, followed by wet dust removal using an alkaline solution. Since this solution absorbs the ammonia present in the flue gas, it has an ammonia odor. The factory that produces this alkaline solution can remove the ammonia by using a small ammonia distillation tower – this process is not complicated, as the ammonia is in a free state, and low-pressure steam is sufficient for this purpose.
