We are looking for individuals with experience in construction work in the soda ash industry. Which expert can suggest solutions to the problems of building corrosion in this industry, especially in the integrated soda ash production sector? :P
Anti-corrosion measures can be selected in accordance with the design specifications for corrosion protection in industrial buildings, such as using a higher grade of concrete, increasing the thickness of the concrete protective layer, or applying anti-corrosion materials
I have experience with this. . I’m not sure whether by corrosion you mean anti-corrosion measures taken before the construction of a building, or anti-corrosion treatment for buildings that already show signs of corrosion. If it’s the latter, I can tell you clearly that there is no solution available at the moment
Recommendation: The factory building should be covered with FRP—or hot-dip galvanized steel (not electro-galvanized)—with a design that uses bolts for assembly on site—to reduce the number of welds
