However, before taking on the role of guardian, one must undergo safety training for guardians and pass the assessment, holding a certificate of completion for such training. A high-altitude work permit is issued by the Emergency Management Department after training in society and passing the relevant assessments. The guardian safety training certificate is issued by the enterprise itself after the training has been completed and the assessment has been passed.
