Is it necessary to install a dryer for the breathing device of sulfuric acid storage tanks? What type of desiccant should be used? There are suitable suppliers with whom negotiations can be carried out.
No desiccant is used; depending on the circumstances, the breathing valve is removed periodically to clean out the acidic sludge and prevent it from clogging the valve.
We had an original design, but it wasn’t effective so we abandoned it. No matter how it is designed, it must be ensured that it is not prone to clogging
The industry sells this product. If it is unreliable and prone to clogging, it is extremely dangerous. If the maintenance workload is heavy and there are no inspection measures, then the operability will be very poor! Is there a well-thought-out design?
