Our plant is equipped with an alkylation unit along with a waste acid regeneration system to produce 98% concentrated sulfuric acid. Additionally, our plant’s circulating water system requires the purchase of sulfuric acid from external sources each year to be added to the system. I would like to ask whether the regenerated sulfuric acid can be used in the circulating water system? What are the impacts on circulating water?
