I would like to ask: is it true that the finer the raw materials fed into the furnace, the better? Can a boiling layer be formed if 50% are below 200 mesh?
It can’t be the thinner the better; in the end, there won’t even be a boiling layer left
It depends on the air volume required for the device’s production capacity, as well as the operating wind speed corresponding to the slag particle size
Boiling roasting: 80% of the raw materials fed into the furnace have a fineness of less than 200 mesh, allowing for normal production under boiling conditions.
