Dear sea friends, what are the sieve mesh size and moisture content of the ore you feed into the furnace? Air velocity at the vent cap holes? Direction of the small hole’s opening? What are the center-to-center distances between the wind caps, and what is the height from the pouring material of the wind caps to the small holes?
The pore sizes vary depending on the material used; they range from 3.5 to 6.0. In some cases, the value is 6*10. The moisture content is below 10%. With high-quality feeding equipment, this value can reach around 14. The air velocity in the air caps is determined based on the material used in the roasting furnace. The number of openings usually is 4, 6, or 8, and the number of air caps needs to be calculated accordingly. The distance between the pouring material and the holes in the air caps is approximately 1.0 centimeter
