I’m seeking help from those who are experts; does anyone have any information on the procedures for using hydrogen peroxide to absorb exhaust gases in WSA systems?
It’s not feasible; the sulfuric acid produced has a very low concentration – is that useful to you?
What we need to address now is the issue of SO2 emissions in exhaust gases; dilute sulfuric acid can be recycled for use
There is no problem with acid mist, but the SO2 level is above the limit
Can 5 milligrams achieve it? That’s impossible
Hydrogen peroxide and electrostatic mist removal of exhaust gases are the ideal partners for the final stage of flue gas desulfurization.
The hydrogen peroxide desulfurization process is already quite mature; the main considerations are the safety and cost aspects of hydrogen peroxide, as it is after all a costly substance used to produce dilute sulfuric acid of low value.
What are the emission targets set for WSA design? Is the operation flexible? Seeking advice! !
