Problem of clogged atomization air in waste acid spray guns

Our company’s facility is a waste acid treatment plant with a capacity of 15,000 tons per year. During normal operation, the fuel used is acidic gas (with a hydrogen sulfide content of over 80%). The waste acid is atomized using compressed air through nozzles before being fed into the incinerator. However, for some reason, just a few days after the nozzles were put into use, the atomization air began to get clogged. Does anyone who knows the reason know?
It might be carbon buildup, caused by impurities.
Is it related to crystallization at low temperatures? Is it necessary to let it settle before drawing it out for use? Or is it the suspension of impurities caused by an excessively low liquid level in the sedimentation tank? ?
Clogging of the waste acid spray gun usually occurs when there are too many impurities in the waste acid. If it is determined that the issue is caused by the misting air, it is recommended to check whether purified air is being used for misting and whether galvanized pipes are employed in the pipelines to prevent impurities from entering the air.
