Dear everyone: In recent years, during the sulfur fixation process in our factory, excessive foam has often appeared when certain sulfur-fixing agents are added to the melting process. This foam rises rapidly, causing liquid sulfur to overflow from the feeding port, which leads to cleaning difficulties and safety hazards. I would like to ask you what type of sulfur-fixing agent is responsible for this phenomenon, or what impurities are present in such agents.
Measure the moisture and organic content of sulfur. Another reason is to check whether there is any steam leakage from the heating steam coil
