The pilot run of Guizhou Phosphorus Group’s electronic-grade phosphoric acid project was a success. Recently, the electronic-grade phosphoric acid production facility owned by Wengfu Zijin, which is part of Guizhou Phosphorus Group, completed its pilot run with success after a single batch of chemical materials was used; all quality parameters of the produced product met or exceeded the standards designated for grade G1 in the field of wet electronic chemicals, with some key parameters reaching grade G3. To ensure the smooth progress of the testing, the R&D center of Wengfu Zijin United Group established a dedicated testing team to make advance plans and implement precise measures. During the testing phase, the team coordinated resources efficiently, overcame numerous technical challenges and operational difficulties, responded swiftly to various emergencies, optimized process parameters, and ensured rapid response and effective execution of instructions, thus laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the testing in just one attempt. As a key basic material in the electronic information industry, such as integrated circuits, flat-panel displays, and solar cells, electronic-grade phosphoric acid has a purity and stability that directly affect the performance and yield of downstream products. At present, the domestic market for high-end electronic-grade phosphoric acid has long relied on imports. With this technological breakthrough achieved by Wengfu Zijin, not only has the capacity for domestic production of electronic chemicals been enhanced, but security in the relevant industrial and supply chains has also been ensured. Next, the project team will systematically summarize the experience gained from the trial runs, develop specific corrective action plans, advance the assessment of the device’s performance and ensure its continuous stable operation, in order to accelerate the transition to large-scale mass production. This successful test run has laid a solid foundation for Wengfu Zijin to expand into the market for high-end electronic chemicals, further enhancing the company’s competitiveness in the global fine chemicals sector.
