Many times, whenever there was a chance, they would persuade the smelting plant to divert the electrostatic dust to the sulfuric acid workshop. Of course, sometimes the director of the sulfuric acid plant is reluctant; in such cases, it’s said to them in no time: On the surface it may seem like working with electrostatic precipitators is easier, but in reality, it’s not easier at all! As long as the smelting workshop sends the dust to you (of course not intentionally), the parameters related to dust purification are immediately affected, and the workload in the purification section as well as in the dry adsorption conversion process increases. From the perspective of sulfuric acid plant management, while utilizing the electrostatic precipitators, the plant can also make an effort to dispose of the acidic waste and wastewater; this is about focusing efforts on doing the most important tasks.

It is reasonable to assign it to the sulfuric acid plant; after all, the original smelting plant handled electrostatic dust within its smelting processes. As mentioned earlier, it was treated as a passage for sulfuric acid wire mesh dust collectors, and hundreds of pounds of ash were removed from there, with a very high lead content. One can imagine what the operating conditions in the sulfuric acid system must have been like. Later, it was forcibly classified as sulfuric acid; the electrostatic dust collector served only as a passage, and the ash in the ash bin had filled up the passageway. After treatment, the parameters related to sulfuric acid were within normal ranges ; Therefore, it is recommended to leave it for later-stage management.
