In the sulfuric acid production process, after the flue gas passes through an electrostatic precipitator, it enters the purification stage, where dilute acid is used for washing, cooling, and impurity removal. I would like to know what the criteria are for setting these process parameters and for the generation of waste acid, as well as how it is possible to reduce the flow rate of waste acid during the purification process and increase its acidity
Retain the acidic waste without releasing it, nor add water
Light in, but not out? Can the system handle it?
As the particulate matter increases, the viscosity of the solution rises as well; it can’t continue in an infinite cycle
This process can be made to produce no acidic waste, allowing it to be used as water for replenishing sulfuric acid

As the purified dilute acid is continuously recycled, its concentration increases. Behind the first washing unit in the purification process, a inclined tube sedimentation system (or some other form of filtration equipment) is used to filter the dilute acid; the resulting clear liquid is returned to the recycling system, while the thick acid sludge generated must be treated separately. The water that is consumed needs to be replenished from the second washing unit in the purification process (and if there is a third washing unit, then from that one as well)
