SDIC Jincheng Metallurgy (formerly Lingbao Jincheng Metallurgy) [Comprehensive recovery project for 2,000 tons per day of complex and difficult-to-process gold concentrates] will produce 100,000 tons of copper per year; the accompanying 500,000-ton sulfuric acid production system has already begun to be commissioned, with operation expected to start on September 18. The system employs oxygen-enriched bottom-blown pool melting technology and a dual-bottom-blown triple furnace heat integration process; it was designed by China ENFI and constructed by 15 Metallurgical Construction. Sulfuric acid is produced using a five-stage conversion process with two rotations and two absorptions, along with pre-conversion.
Does this acid production system not come with pre-absorption?
Without pre-absorption, standard two-turns-two-absorptions configuration. Dry anodic protection – currently the largest equipment manufactured by Tianhua Research Institute for sulfuric acid systems
