May I ask where the acid gas pipelines drawn from the three dry absorption tanks in each sulfuric acid plant are sent?
Dryer inlet, or purification electrostatic demister inlet
It is sent to the inlet of the drying tower. The gas drawn from the circulation tank mainly consists of gases containing sulfur trioxide and sulfur dioxide; acid mist is virtually negligible, so there is no need to send it to the inlet of the electrostatic precipitator. If it were sent there, the pipeline length would increase, resulting in higher power consumption
If nicotinic acid is being produced, where are the exhaust pipes for nicotinic acid led?
The substance that emits nicotinic acid is mainly sulfur trioxide; it is also acceptable to introduce it at the inlet of the drying tower
