Currently, special resins are used in such acidic environments for the extraction and recovery of aluminum; by means of evaporation under negative pressure at the end of the process, the acid concentration can be increased back to over 70%. This approach allows for both the recovery of aluminum and the recovery of acid, and it is a simple and stable process that aligns with the current trend toward reducing sludge volume and achieving resource recovery. The technology has proven track records of successful operation in large-scale projects.
