Design codes for liquid sulfur storage tanks

I would like to ask the experienced colleagues here: what standards should be followed in the design of liquid sulfur storage tanks? Some people say HG 21502.1-1992, but the density of the liquid stored should be less than 1200 kilograms per cubic meter, while the density of liquid sulfur is clearly higher than this value. I’m really at a loss; could anyone give me some guidance?
Isn’t it good to refer to GB50341? Derived from API650.
