May I ask what is the minimum approved scale required for building a new sulfuric acid production facility nowadays?
**Restrictions apply to sulfur-based acid production plants with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year or less, and pyrite-based acid production plants with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year or less
In Shandong, project investments are restricted to below 300 million yuan
Sulfur-based acid production plants with a capacity of 300,000 tons per year or less
Small amounts of sulfuric acid can be used in conjunction with environmental protection devices
200,000 tons per year – mainly due to economic profitability and compliance with environmental standards
I think the production capacity of sulfuric acid from sulfur is around 300,000 tons now
