The material discharged from the bag filter in the fluidized bed is wet, as the moisture and fine particles drawn out by the exhaust fan are trapped by the filter bags, and then air is blown back from above the filter bags to the bottom of the cone. As long as the wet material is properly controlled, it’s not a problem; the key issue is that when the wet material adheres to the walls at the bottom of the cone, it can block the discharge opening over time, resulting in high pressure differences in the bag filter. Firstly, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the hot air drawn by the exhaust fan into the bag filter remains above 55°C. Secondly, the air used for backwashing the bag filter must be supplied at regular intervals. Thirdly, proper insulation measures must be implemented for the bag filter to prevent the hot and humid material from clumping together due to contact with the cold cone walls at the bottom of the cone. The fourth discharge rotary valve should be inspected regularly to prevent fine materials from forming a seal on it, which could result in no discharge. Fifthly, the fine material cannot all enter the discharge box, nor can it all flow in a piston flow.
