First of all, the reason for scaling in the clear liquid pipeline is because the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in it is high, and it is easy to scale when the temperature decreases. Secondly, if the solid content in the clear liquid is high, it is also an important reason for scaling. If possible, you can add a clear liquid pipeline to the generator and use flange connection to reduce direct welding. ; It is best to use 20# lined PO pipe instead, which is easier to flush. After one pipeline is constructed, switch to another pipeline without affecting normal production, and then remove the pipeline section by section to clear it.
