Has the digit on the electronic three-phase electricity meter decreased? Ask for the reason; there is a current transformer

The electronic three-phase electricity meter has been in use for 10 days; the electrical load is a 5kW ordinary motor. The three current transformers have a ratio of 400 to 5, and the reading on the meter is 5 digits less than before. The pulse light flashes every minute or so; please help resolve this issue
Electronic ones must be different from mechanical ones, right?? Mechanical ones can reverse direction; can electronic ones do the same?
