This is the incoming cable for the motor power cable in our project. Is there a better way to connect it? Please share your opinions and upload actual photos from the site for reference.

Actually, this way of connecting the lines is just installed in this manner. After the cable has been passed through, the upper entry port of the cable protection tube should be sealed with putty. But since it’s indoors as shown in the picture, there should be no major problem. Why not use underground protective pipes? This would prevent the protective pipes for the incoming cables from interfering with the maintenance space during motor repairs. :D
