The SDI of the ultrafiltration permeate is very high

Today, several sets of values were measured online: 7.3, 4.1, 3.4, and 14.9. Two hours after the measurement of the last set, the ultrafiltration membrane pressure difference was 70 kPa. The reverse osmosis feed water at the same time period was also measured, with values of 7.46, 7.44, and 7.11 respectively. My process involves adjusting the pH of the ultrafiltration effluent to 8 before sending it to the buffer tank, and then to the reverse osmosis system. Ultrafiltration backwashing uses its own produced water. But the online turbidity meter also shows less than 0.2.
Is the ultrafiltration feedwater reclaimed water? What is pretreatment?
After adjusting the pH of the ultrafiltration permeate, suspended solids appeared in the water again. Check the pH adjustment process; there must have been a change. Either there is a leak in the ultrafiltration membrane
The ultrafiltration feed water is the water produced by pretreatment, but since the pretreatment effect is not good, it can be regarded as reclaimed water
