There is an in-site variable-frequency air compressor; the set pressure there is 0.61–0.7 Mpa. During actual operation, it can also carry out loading and unloading operations within this range. But the original loading time was 15 seconds, while now it takes 15 to 20 minutes. The air filter and the intake valve have been checked, and there is no blockage or sticking in either of them. Currently, the pressure in the outlet buffer tank fluctuates between 0.61 and 0.67 Mpa; previously, the pressure was stable at 0.62 Mpa. There is a buffer tank at the compressor outlet, along with a dryer, and then it leads to the outlet storage tank.
Check whether the signal line of the check valve is unobstructed. Try changing the set value.
Is there a boundary flow meter for compressed air? It’s probably because the gas consumption has increased! Could there be a problem with the drainage mechanism in the buffer tank, causing continuous exhaust?
The increased load time indicates a significant rise in usage by end-users on-site (due to factors such as sand in the pipes and discharge valves not being closed in time). At the same time, the amount of air delivered by the unit itself generally does not change significantly, especially after you have checked the \"entire air flow process\".

I checked for any leaks; there is a buffer tank at the outlet of the air compressor from where water can be drained. This remote pressure transmitter is located in that buffer tank at the compressor’s outlet, and from there the signal goes through a dryer before reaching the remote transmitter on the external storage tank. . . It seems that normally the fluctuations shouldn’t be very large
