Strengthen health supervision of contractors

At the beginning of the new year, the HSE department has stepped up its oversight of contractors’ occupational health management. It has established that the entities engaged in outsourcing services are responsible for carrying out occupational disease prevention and control measures, and requires such entities to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, to implement proper occupational health examinations, provide individual protective equipment, and offer occupational health training – taking full responsibility for the occupational health of the personnel they dispatch.
Typically, the client pays special attention to safety supervision when dealing with outsourcing agencies, but pays less attention to occupational health.
