Connect the cleaning device, open the concentrated water inlet and outlet valves, and close the fresh water inlet and outlet valves. Let the cleaning pump enter the module through the concentrate pipe and return to the cleaning tank. 4. Prepare a cleaning solution of 2% hydrochloric acid in the water tank for cleaning. 5. Start the cleaning pump and adjust the concentrated water inlet valve to enable cyclic cleaning at the specified flow rate. 6. Stop the cleaning pump, drain the cleaning waste liquid from the cleaning tank, and discharge the concentrated water through the valve into the gutter. 7. Continuously inject pure water produced by the reverse osmosis purification system into the cleaning tank, and start the cleaning pump to carry out continuous cleaning. 8. Open the inlet valve and the outlet valve to flush both water chambers simultaneously. 9. Test the water quality on the effluent side of the concentrated water until it is similar to the conductivity on the inlet side. 10. Restore the original flow data for each valve and device. 11. Restore the connections of various pipelines to other systems. 12. Turn on the PLC-controlled power supply to supply current to the module, bringing the equipment into normal operation, while also recording the data for the initial operation of the ultra-pure water system.
