At construction and production sites, there are many instances of rule violations, which are detrimental to stable and safe production. We hope that everyone can point out the problems shown in the pictures, so as to help them improve their work. Thank you for your participation and support! ! ! 2. Replies are visible only to the author; everyone can point out all the violations and irregularities in the image based on their own experience and guidelines.
Insulating gloves not worn, the work area is messy
1. No safety warning signs are present. 2. No protective barriers (protective nets/isolation strips) are in place. 3. The workers are not wearing protective equipment
It is common for general civil engineering construction firms to be unregulated, with inadequate labor protection measures in place. The tasks shown in the image pose risks of collapse and electric shock; if they are carried out around the factory premises, there may also be a risk of poisoning.
1. Improper personal protective equipment. 2. No fire extinguishers available for welding operations. 3. Improper wearing of safety helmets. 4. Disordered work area. 5. No ladders or similar devices provided for entering and leaving the work site. 6. No measures in place to prevent soil collapse
Shield support, hot work, confined space,
1. The construction workers were not wearing work uniforms. 2. The safety helmets did not have their chin straps fastened properly. 3. No measures were in place to prevent the collapse of the excavation pit. 4. The wires of the submersible pumps on site were not connected to a secondary power distribution box
1. Miscellaneous items piled on the ground are not protected and may roll away. 2. Workers are not wearing safety ropes. 3. There are no emergency evacuation routes. 4. The straps of safety helmets are not fastened. 5. The two cables in the pit are not protected. 6. The wires of the submersible pump are not protected or secured. 7. There is no dedicated switch for control. 8. The surrounding area lacks proper protection and is prone to collapse. 9. The wires of the gas cutting tool are not secured. 10. There are no warnings, signs, or fences in the vicinity. 11. There are no night-time warning lights. 12. Workers are working in water with no protection, posing a risk of electric shock (the wires are old and prone to leakage). 13. There are no information signs. 14. Workers are standing on pipes, which are not stable. 15. The protective clothing worn by workers does not meet the required standards
1. Miscellaneous items piled on the ground are not secured, making them prone to rolling down. 2. Workers are not wearing safety ropes. 3. There is no emergency evacuation route. 4. The straps of safety helmets are not fastened. 5. The two cables in the pit are not protected
1. The safety helmet’s strap is not fastened. 2. The gas cutting operator was not wearing colored safety goggles. 3. A power distribution box for the submersible pump has not been installed.
1. The staff did not wear protective clothing as required; 2. Maintenance personnel must wear protective equipment ; 3. Working inside the pit constitutes work in a confined space; there is no supervisor, and no emergency rescue equipment is available ; 4. There is a risk of collapse around the pit; safety hazards must be eliminated first before construction can proceed ; 5. Line maintenance should be carried out by professionals ; 6. A barrier should be installed in the construction area to prevent pedestrians from falling in ; 7. Electrical appliances on site are placed in wet areas, posing a risk of electric leakage ; 8. Electrical installations should be equipped with rain protection measures ; 9. For work in pits, emergency evacuation routes should be provided, along with safety ropes.
