Testing method: Water pressure and temperature also affect the water production rate; the water pressure should be no less than 0.2 MPa, and the water temperature should be no less than 20 degrees Celsius. Solution: Adjust the water pressure and temperature to reasonable levels. 2. Check whether the flushing solenoid valve is not closing properly or is worn out. Testing method: Observe whether the flow rate at the outlet of the flushing electric valve is normal. Remove the flush solenoid valve to test the water volume. Solution: Replace it with a new flushing solenoid valve. 3. Check whether the membrane element is clogged. Testing method: Turn off the pressure tank and check whether water flows from the faucet; if not, it indicates that the membrane element is blocked. Solution: Replace the membrane element. 4. Check whether the pressure of the high-pressure pump has reached the required level. Testing method: Install a pressure gauge on the booster pump section of the water circuit in the industrial pure water equipment to measure the pressure of the booster pump; if it is less than 0.6 MPa, water production will be slow. Solution: Adjust the pressure of the high-pressure pump on the equipment to a reasonable level.
