On November 10, good news came again from the site of the auxiliary engineering project at Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Yueneng Fine Chemicals”) – the main structure of the first circulating water station was successfully completed, providing a solid foundation for moving the project into the installation phase. As one of the core units in the public auxiliary engineering project, the main body of the first circulating water station features a 5-story frame-shear wall structure. It is 124 meters long, 20 meters wide, and 20.8 meters high, with a production capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per hour. It requires 969.9 tons of steel rebar, 6,539.1 cubic meters of concrete, and 37,099.6 square meters of formwork. Water supply comes from the north side for use in the plant’s flares, recycled water systems, evaporation crystallization processes, and sewage treatment facilities; while the south side supplies water for waste gas treatment systems, waste liquid and gas incineration units, the first heat exchange station, and the cyclic cooling systems for key processes such as those involving butyl acrylate. There are two circuits for water return. Since the commencement of the Yulin Fine Chemicals project, the Party members and cadres working in the public services and support department have taken the lead by setting an example and stepping forward bravely. All the construction workers have worked together in harmony to overcome challenges. With a rigorous attitude, they have ensured strict adherence to the project schedule; through firm management practices, they have upheld safety standards; and using high-quality control measures, they have guaranteed that each component of the project is delivered as planned. Next, all members of the project team will continue to work together with unity, focus on the set deadlines, strictly manage safety, quality, and progress, and overcome challenges through diligent effort in order to fully achieve the goals for the upcoming stages. From November 5th to 8th, the PID review meeting for the detailed design of the wastewater reuse and evaporation crystallization systems for Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.’s 1 million tons per year high-end chemical materials project was successfully held at Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.’s 1 million tons per year production facility for high-end chemical materials is located in the South Area of the Qingshui Industrial Zone within the Yushen Industrial Park in Yulin City. It covers an area of 1,500 mu, with a total planned investment of 10.3 billion yuan. The annual comprehensive energy consumption equivalent of the project is 269,000 tons of standard coal. The construction scope includes a 400,000-ton/year DMTA plant, an 200,000-ton/year ethylene oxide plant, a 200,000-ton/year polyether superplasticizer monomer plant, a 100,000-ton/year propylene oxide plant, a 260,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide plant, an 80,000-ton/year acrylic acid plant, a 120,000-ton/year butyl acrylate plant, a 400,000-ton/year acrylate emulsion plant, a 400,000-ton/year polycarboxylate superplasticizer plant, as well as various supporting and auxiliary facilities. The 1 million tons per year high-end chemical materials project of Shaanxi Yueneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. includes a 400,000 tons per year polycarboxylate superplasticizer production facility, which consists of two main units: the polycarboxylate superplasticizer production unit (1190) and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer mixing building (1191). The polycarboxylate superplasticizer production facility (1190) is equipped with 4 mother liquor synthesis lines, resulting in an annual total output of 275,000 tons of mother liquor. Of this amount, 75,000 tons are used to produce superplasticizers through blending, while the remaining mother liquor is sold directly. For mother liquor compounding (1191), 1 production line is set up, with an annual output of 200,000 tons.
