The hoisting height and high-altitude hoisting are relatively difficult. To this end, it took nearly two months to install a 160-meter overhead tower crane to hoist the torch head.

There is not enough space for crawler crane transfer and on-site assembly. It is 150 meters. Nowadays, many wind power generation hoisting is at this height. There is no problem with hoisting. The cost of helicopters is higher, so tower crane is the most reasonable way.
The hoisting of wind power generation uses crawler cranes. The cost of using a tower for two months is estimated to be higher than renting a crawler crane. The key is that the risk of tower hoisting is much higher than that of a crawler crane.

The crawler crane requires a relatively large space. ; Helicopters are actually more unsafe and are greatly affected by weather conditions. If there is no problem with the tower crane equipment, although it takes a long time, it is the safest and most reliable way.
No one understands: Without leasing rebates, the entry and exit costs of a 400-ton crawler crane are high. Assembly and disassembly takes about 10 days, 1-1.5w per shift, and the total cost is 10-15w. Not easy to rent. If there are other hoisting needs on site, it is cost-effective for the tower crane foundation construction to take 40 days and cost 40,000 yuan. This cost can be saved for the next maintenance and can be counted as fixed assets in the factory. Assembly + security inspection and dismantling are 15 meters per day, which is super high (1+2.5) times. The shift fee is 1k, and the total cost is about 8-10w. Easy to rent.
Hoisting at a height of 150 meters and weighing 3 tons requires at least a 650-ton crawler crane.
